Keepsake Rugs:

How long do rugs take to make?

Please allow up to 3 weeks for production due to the handmade nature of each custom rug. During busy periods, production times may occasionally vary.

What sizes are available?

Our Custom Keepsake Rugs are available in:

• 60cm diameter

• 90cm diameter

As each rug is handmade, final measurements may vary by approximately 1-2cm.

Can I choose my own colours?

Yes! Each rug is made to order and can be customised with your preferred colour palette. We will work with you to create a design that suits your space.

Are the rugs handmade?

Yes. Every rug is individually hand-tufted and finished by hand in Regional Victoria.

What materials are used?

Our rugs are handmade using acrylic yarn, tufting cloth, adhesive materials including a latex-based adhesive, and backing fabrics. Some designs may occasionally include wool yarn.

Do the rugs contain latex?

The backing adhesive contains a synthetic latex-based adhesive (SBR latex). Please consider this before purchasing if there is a known sensitivity or allergy to latex.

Are the rugs suitable as play mats?

No, our rugs are designed as decorative keepsake pieces. They are not intended for use as toys, play mats or safety surfaces. But they sure do make a great statement piece.

How do I care for my rug?

Vacuum gently as needed and spot clean with a mild detergent and damp cloth. Do not soak or machine wash. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight and allow the rug to fully air out after opening.

How many rug orders do you accept each week?

To ensure every rug receives the time and attention it deserves, only 3 custom rug orders are accepted each week. Once all spots are filled, orders will temporarily close until the next release.

Will my rug look exactly like the photos?

Each rug is individually handmade and personalised, making every piece unique. Slight variations in size, texture and colour may occur and are part of the handmade nature of the product.
