Shipping policy

Production/Personalisation Timeframe:

Our items are personalised uniquely to you! Therefore each item will only be sent to production once your order and payment has been submitted.

Our general turnaround timeframe for production/personalising from the day of ordering is 1-3 business days.

Once production/personalising has finalized your item will be processed through to Packing/Postage.

Packing/Postage Timeframe:

Our general turnaround timeframe for Packing/Postage once received from Production/Personalisation is 1-2 business days.

All packages will be sent via Australia Post via your chosen Standard (2-8 business days) or Express Post (2-4 business days). 

Please note: Although Emrose Designs guarantee processing and packaging timeframes on our orders, in the unlikely event there are delays out of our control with couriers/postage companies, we cannot take responsibility for the delay.

In the rare case that your order has not arrived 14 days past the due delivery date, Emrose Designs will refund your Postage cost in full. 

We highly recommend Express Postage for a quicker postage option.

Keepsake Rugs:

Our tufted rugs are individually handmade to order and require additional production time due to the designing, tufting, backing, curing, trimming and finishing processes involved.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your rug order to be completed prior to postage.

Once your rug has been completed and packaged, your order will be shipped via Australia Post using your selected shipping method at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or delays outside of our control.

Due to the handmade nature and sizing of our rugs, packaging methods may vary between orders.
